पर्यावरण म्हणजे काय

पर्यावरण म्हणजे काय      पर्यावरणाची संकल्पना अत्यंत व्यापक अशी आहे. पृथ्वीवर मानव ज्याठिकाणी वास्तव्य करतो त्याच्या सभोवतालच्या प्रत्येक गोष्टीचा समावेश पर्यावरणात होत असतो. मनुष्याच्या सभोवताली  अनेक घटक असतात.      त्यात काही घटक सजीव तर काही घटक निर्जीव असतात. काही भौतिक घटक असतात. तर काही रासायनिक घटक असतात. मानवाच्या सभोवताली असणाऱ्या या सर्व घटकांना पर्यावरण असे म्हणता येईल.    इंग्रजी भाषेत मध्ये पर्यावरणाला Environment  असा शब्द आहे.  त्यातील Environ या शब्दाचा अर्थ to surround असा होतो. to surround म्हणजे सभोवतालची परिस्थिती होय. यावरून मानवाच्या सभोवतालच्या परिस्थितीला पर्यवरण असे म्हणता येईल. व्याख्या  1) *एखाद्या सजीवास परिवेष्टित करणारे सजीव - निर्जीव , रासायनिक आणि भौतिक घटक म्हणजे त्या                          सजीवाचे पर्यावरण होय.  २)* पृथ्वीवरील विविध परिसंस्था आणि प्रणाली परस्परसंबंध म्हणजे पर्यावरण होय.
